June 2024 is the 23rd "Safety Production Month" in China. Jiangsu Niupai Machinery and Electronics Co., Ltd. held a meeting with the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone meets emergency - unobstructed life channels".

At the beginning of the meeting, attendees watched the national safety production accident warning education film from January to May, and through case warnings, each participant deeply understood the importance of safety production. At the meeting, a detailed analysis was conducted on the hidden dangers in the company's safety production in the first half of the year, and the safety production tasks for the second half of the year were deployed.

The chairman of the company, Liu Qunxin, stated that safety production is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the lifeline of the enterprise. He proposed six work requirements from the aspects of safety production, environmental protection, and occupational health:

Standardize employee work attire, requiring employees not to wear long hair, skirts, shorts, and slippers when entering the production workshop; The location, volume, and weight of the stacked items shall strictly comply with the regulatory requirements; For high-risk operations such as high-altitude, confined space, and power operations, in addition to strictly adhering to regulatory requirements, it is essential to ensure that two or more people participate.

Psychological safety

Caring for the physical and mental health of employees and creating a happy and harmonious working atmosphere.

environmental safety 

Improve the working environment, overcome leaks, reduce machine tool cutting noise, and strictly control the circulation of hazardous chemicals and waste.

Conscious safety

Do not disclose company trade secrets, do not take photos of company drawings, procurement information, etc. for retention, and fully protect the company's intellectual property rights.

information safety

Strengthen the company's network security protection and build a robust firewall system to effectively prevent external intrusion.

Property security

Strictly implement the management system for goods entering and leaving the warehouse, and ensure the safety of enterprise property by allowing vehicles to enter and exit the company with proper procedures.
